nice beach access but needs improvements

The access to Tumon beach was fantastic—all we had to do was walk a few steps. The staff tried their best to assist us during our stay, making check-in and check-out fairly smooth.

The front desk staff were super friendly. The location is perfect if you love the sea. Rooms were kinda dated but clean enough. The pool's on the small side, but the poolside snack bar was a nice touch. Just wish the elevators weren’t acting up!

The deluxe partial ocean view room offered a stunning view, comfortable furnishings, and a convenient mini-mart on-site. Unfortunately, service left much to be desired. requests were delayed, and I encountered rude front desk staff. The breakfast setup was inadequate for our group size, and parking was a significant hassle with limited options.

I loved lounging by the rooftop pool and enjoyed a big bed with a stunning ocean view during my stay. Being close to the beach and having access to sun loungers made relaxing super easy! Just a heads up, the elevators can be a bit slow, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 🌴

The carpet felt old and stained, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. I noticed several maintenance issues, like a few light fixtures that didn’t work and water stains on the ceiling. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations. I even found some trash from previous guests left behind. Breakfast was decent, but I wished for more variety. Overall, this hotel has potential due to its great location and friendly service, but it badly needs updates and better housekeeping.
